We train rain or shine. Only lightning cancels, and you'll get a text in advance if it does.

Am I fit enough for this?

Yes. Every exercise scales. Our members range from marathoners to people starting from zero, and your OIC adjusts each move to where you are.

What do I bring?

Water and a towel. We bring the TRX straps, weights, mats, and everything else out of the OutFit Mobile Studio.

What's a class actually like?

One hour, coach-led, small group. TRX suspension training mixed with kettlebells, bands, and functional work — the system invented by Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick.

Where do I park?

Free parking at every park. Your booking confirmation includes the exact meeting spot.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No long-term contract. Memberships are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.

Who's covered on Family Unlimited?

Up to 5 people: 2 adults and 3 minors, all living in the same household. Built for families — we may ask for a shared address when you sign up.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! Family Unlimited covers up to 2 adults and 3 minors in the same household. If they're too small to work out with us, or in strollers, they're welcome to come and enjoy the fresh outdoors next to the workout area.

How do I pause my membership?
