OPEN Workouts
Our signature outdoor group class. The OutFit Mobile Studio pulls up, the TRX straps come out, and for one hour you move through coached stations — suspension training, kettlebells, slam balls, power bags, and resistance bands, all under the South Florida sky.
How it works
Every class runs one of twelve rotating circuit formats from the official OutFit playbook, built by the team behind TRX — founded by Randy Hetrick, the Navy SEAL who invented suspension training. Your coach (we call them OICs) walks you through every station, and every exercise has three progression levels. The 65-year-old grandmother and the 25-year-old 5K runner do the same workout, scaled to their straps.

What to bring: yourself, water, and a towel if you want one. We bring everything else in the van. Rain or shine — only lightning cancels.

HYROX-Style Training
Hybrid running and functional fitness in the style of HYROX race prep. Runs, sled-style carries, slams, and stations that reward grit and pacing. Built for runners, racers, and anyone who likes a scoreboard. Same three-level scaling as every OutFit class — you don't have to be racing to show up.

Our collaboration with Plantation Parks & Recreation. No membership, no signup, no catch — just show up and train with us. A full OutFit workout, scaled for everyone from first-timers to regulars.
