A HYROX-style outdoor class built on the movement patterns of the race — burpee broad jumps, farmer carries, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and loaded carries — paired with running intervals. We're outdoors, so we work with the equipment we can bring, but it prepares and strengthens you for your actual race day. Train for the race or just chase a harder Sunday.
