Meet Your OICs

Every OutFit class is led by an OIC — an Outfitter In Charge. Small classes mean your OIC actually knows your name, your knees, and your goals.

Classes: Weekday 6 AM and 6:30 PM rotations

Hugo is the real deal: a true triathlete with 13 IRONMAN finishes and counting — El Salvador is next on the calendar for 2027. He's been coaching with OutFit for over 3 years, and his classes carry the steady, earned confidence of someone who's logged the miles himself. Well-traveled, endlessly consistent, and somehow still powered by pizza and Pepsi. Proof that fitness and living your life aren't opposites.

Coach Cayla

OIC

Classes: Weekday evenings

Cayla's OutFit story started on the other side of the straps — she was a member for about a year before becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and joining the coaching team. That member-first perspective shows: she knows exactly what it feels like to walk up to your first class, and she builds hers around real strength, mobility, and form corrections that actually help. She loves the outdoors, the community, and a good theme night. Energetic is an understatement.

Classes: Saturday 11 AM Free Community Class at Volunteer Park

Argentinian and Brazilian roots, raised right here in South Florida. Marina is a NASM-certified trainer who took silver in her first bodybuilding show — but her real passion is helping everyday people make fitness part of their lifestyle, not just a phase. Her classes are all about proper form, pain-free movement, and strength you keep. You'll also find her leading our free Saturday community class at Volunteer Park. Her motto: "You have to give what you want to get."

She's coached every fitness level you can imagine, and her style reflects it: supportive, motivating, and built around habits that actually stick. June is the newest member of the OutFit team, and she's already proof that great coaching travels well from studio floors to park grass.

Trained on the system a Navy SEAL invented.

OutFit Training is licensed by OutFit, the brand founded by Randy Hetrick — the Navy SEAL who invented TRX suspension training. Our OICs are trained on that system, and every class scales it to the people who show up, from first-timers to marathoners.

Come meet them in person. Your first class is free.
